BHOPAL, JULY 9 : The Madhya Pradesh High Court has remained the development work of 108-feet high sculpture of Adi Shankaracharya to be based on a 54-feet high stage in Omkareshwar in Khandwa region.

Shankaracharya is known for merging the tenet of Advaita Vedanta, a Hindu school of reasoning. On November 5 last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced a 12-feet sculpture of Shankaracharya at the Kedarnath Temple in Uttarakhand.
